Lunch:
Light Philadelphia sandwich
Cucumber, tomatoes & peppers
Packet of crisps
3/4 slice of toast with butter

Homemade meatballs & spaghetti
2 no added sugar Strawberry jelly
Exercise:
30 mins doing step whilst watching TV
