What exactly do I eat? TUESDAY

Breakfast:
Krispies & frosties

Snack:
Packet of Wotsits

Lunch:
Grilled Halloumi salad (again - yummy)
2 packets of crisps - whoops

Snack:
1/2 pot rolo yoghurt

Dinner:
Chicken fajita tacos with lots of veggies

Exercise:
Walk to & around town this morning.
Walk round local park this afternoon.
