What exactly do I eat? WEDNESDAY

Breakfast:
Rice Krispies

Lunch (photo below):
2 homemade quesadillas
Tomatoes, cucumber & pepper
Satsuma
Packet of crisps

Binge/Snack:
8 cream crackers

Dinner:
Chicken kebab (without the pitta)

Binge/snack:
Blueberries
2 satsumas

Feeling a bit down, but only a bit, and was going down the binge route, Hence the 8 crackers. Tonight I was getting those feelings again but I just had some blueberries & 2 satsumas.

No exercise today.
